Looking for a sports court line marking specialist to design and install the line markings in your tennis courts, basketball courts, badminton courts, netball courts, volleyball courts, playgrounds or any other type of sports court that requires line markings?
Then look no further than Newns Markings, a Dunstable-based professional sports court line marking company, providing high-quality, hardwearing sports court line markings for customers, both in the public and private sector.
Sports court markings, whether tennis court line markings, basketball court markings, badminton court markings or any other sport-related markings, are line markings designed to provide structure to whichever game is being played.
To be effective, sports court line markings need to be hardwearing, vivid in colour and marked out to the exact specifications determined by the rules of the particular sport or game in question.
At Newns Markings, we have over 30 years of experience in the design and installation of all types of sports court markings for schools, colleges, universities and sports centres right across the UK.
This experience has helped us to understand the exact requirements of each customer, including:
Creating the right design for any sports court is vital, whether it’s created following guidelines set out by the particular sporting body, or sports court line markings with a less rigid structure.
To ensure we get the design right, at Newns Markings, we offer a free site visit, where one of our sports court line marking specialists will visit your site to assess the area, measure up, and also assess the surface material to help decide on the type of line marking application to use.
Once a design for your sports court line marking layout has been finalised, we’ll book you in for the installation, ensuring the date and time of the installation do not cause disruption or inconvenience to your day-to-day activities.
On the day of your sports court line marking installation, the process will involve:
Preparing the surface: Depending on the condition of the sports court, our operatives will use various methods such as shot-blasting, to properly prepare the surface (substrate) to ensure the line marking application bonds sufficiently.
Installing the sports court lines: Once they’ve created the ideal surface, the line marking operatives will then install the line-markings. The time it takes will depend on the size of the sports court and the complexity of the line marking design, but once finished, should only take up to 30 minutes to set, and be ready for use.
For your peace of mind, all our line marking operatives are fully-trained (to NVQ standards) and insured, are experienced, hold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards, and are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked.
